Duke's Liquidations LLC ("Duke's Liquidations," "we," "us") buys overstock and returned home-improvement inventory and resells it to house flippers, landlords, property managers, contractors and other customers in the Wichita, Kansas area. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, our partner sign-up form and our text messaging program, and how we use it.

- Basic website data: standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are on our partner list or have an active business relationship with us, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, tax and record-keeping purposes.
