About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, our partner list and any purchase from Duke's Liquidations LLC ("Duke's Liquidations," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Products and condition
We sell overstock, shelf-pull and customer-return merchandise. Each item is graded as New, Open box or Tested, and we note known defects, missing parts or cosmetic marks. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to liquidation merchandise. Please inspect items at pickup.
Pricing, holds and payment
- Prices in inventory lists are valid for that load only and can change without notice.
- Items reserved by partners are held for 48 hours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Payment is due at pickup unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Returns
Sales are final unless an item is materially different from how it was described. Tell us within 48 hours of pickup and we will work with you on an exchange or refund.
SMS Terms
Program name: Duke's Liquidations Alerts.
What you'll receive: If you check the "Order updates" box, you'll get texts about your reservations, pickups and orders. If you check the "New-load alerts" box, you'll get marketing texts about new inventory, partner pricing and offers, up to 4 messages per week. You can choose either, both or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How to opt in: Check one or both text message boxes on our partner sign-up form and provide your mobile number. You can also text us directly to ask to be added.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: We do not share your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
